With over 15 years in advertising, both agency side and in-house, Melis specializes in strategic storytelling, omni-channel programs and 360 campaigns. She has created award winning digital content and worked with various clients like Illumina, Verogen, 10x Genomics, Natera, BioLegend, Codex, and Jumpcode Genomics.

John Thompson, Creative Director

John previously oversaw the design team at Illumina and has over 20 years of experience with 10 focused specifically in the biotech space. He specializes in digital, print, brand identity and new products launches—working with companies like TelesisBio, iGenomX, Jumpcode, and NanoCellect.
